Anthony Raja Devadoss is Managing Director & Regional Head of PERSOLKELLY Consulting, a specialist consulting practice and a part of PERSOLKELLY in Asia Pacific. Devadoss is responsible for the Consulting business services operations in Asia Pacific, leading the growth of the company’s main business practices which includes the HR Business Services, HR Certifications, Talent Management Technology, Career Transition Solutions, Executive Coaching & Leadership Development. Anwar Jumabhoy

Bernard Chin

David Hand

Director Global Business Services - ACCA

David Hand is Director of Global Business Services for ACCA, a role he has held for the past 3 years. He leads ACCA’s shared service and outsourcing strategy globally, developing partnerships with organisations, government and employers in the sector. In addition, David led the development of ACCA’s new suite of GBS qualifications qualifications, working with over 150 employers globally to help develop sector-specific skills amongst staff. Prior to joining ACCA, David spent 15 years in various roles with major multinationals such as GE and AstraZeneca. He began his career as an accountant in a UK-based BPO, and has since gained experience in both captive an BPO organisations in a variety of positions including transition management, SSC set-up, Quality Director and Finance SSC leader. Currently based in the Netherlands, David has lived in a number of different countries including Malaysia, Hungary and the United States.

Deepak Chandran

CFO |M&A| Commercial Finance & Growth Strategy – Wipro Consumer Care Internationa

Deepak Chandran heads the finance function for the Wipro’s international Consumer Care business and is based out of Singapore. Unza (Key Brands: Enchanteur, Romano, Safi), LD Waxson (Key Brands: Bio-Essence, Ginvera and Ebene) and Zhongshan Ma Er (Key Brand: Pahnli, Enear, Vcnic) businesses represent Wipro Consumer Care’s business interests in South East Asia, Middle East and Africa and were acquisitions made by Wipro in 2007, 2013 and 2016 respectively.  Deepak relocated to Singapore in 2011 to handle the Unza portfolio and also played a key role in the acquisition of the LD Waxson and the Zhongshan Ma Er business.  He is responsible for financial planning, controllership, legal & taxation, treasury and compliance for the two businesses which have combined employee strength of 7,000 with 8 manufacturing locations in Malaysia, Vietnam Indonesia and China.  Prior to this, Deepak was the Head of Finance for the Technology Infrastructure Services and Testing Services businesses of Wipro Limited (NYSE:WIT) responsible for overall business finance. Deepak also helped set up and lead the Central Pricing team, an initiative to centralize all IT contract pricing for the Wipro Technologies business. Before Wipro, Deepak helped set up the offshore financial planning and analytics team for Oracle’s North America Consulting business. Before that, Deepak worked with KPMG in their financial advisory team focusing on in-bound M&A, valuations, private equity placement, joint venture partner search. Deepak is a Chartered Accountant by training and a graduate in Commerce.

This platform uses Unmanned Vehicles (DRONES) on land, water, underwater, subterranean and in the air, equipped with various cameras & sensors, to collect large amounts of Geospatial Data. Rajesh Nambiar

Rajesh Nambiar is the General Manager and Global Leader for IBM’s Application Services. In this role, he is responsible for Innovation, offering development, solutioning, sales and delivery of all applications for IBM’s clients worldwide. Prior to this role, he was General Manager for IBM’s Services Integration and was responsible for the solution design and delivery for IBM’s services business while growing the capability and talent for the Client Innovation Centres in India, China and Philippines. He was also the Managing Partner for Global Business Services in IBM ASEAN, based in Singapore where he led the consulting and application services business across six countries. Rajesh is a member of IBM’s Growth and Transformation Team which brings together the senior most executives across services, software and technologies to create optimal value for clients and also be the custodian of IBM’s culture across the organization. Y.B. Jimmy Puah Wee Tse

Mr. Puah received his early education in Kulai, Johor. In 1999 he was conferred with a Second-Class (Upper) LL.B (Hons) Degree from University of London and in the subsequent year he successfully obtained CLP conferred by the Malaysia Qualifying Board. From November 2000 – August 2001, he served his pupillage under the guidance of Dato’ Vijay Kumar Natarajan of Messrs Kumar Jaspal Quah & Aishah in Kuala Lumpur. Upon being called to the Bar, Mr Puah immediately started his legal career with Messrs S.K Song. In 2007, He took a break from legal practise and obtained his Master in Science degree in Comparative Politics from London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) where upon his return he resumed his legal practice. In 2008 he joined PKR to begin his political career. In 2013, he was elected as State Assemblyman for Bukit Batu and successful retained the seat with a bigger majority in 2018 after which he was appointed as a State Exco.

Zulfiqar Zainuddin

Zulfiqar Zainuddin leads i2M Ventures Sdn Bhd (“i2M”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Khazanah Nasional, the strategic investment arm of the Government of Malaysia. i2M was established in 2013 to focus on the development of strategic investment promotion initiatives for the Global Business Services sector in Iskandar Puteri, Iskandar Malaysia. He was also the Director of Business & Industry Development for Frost & Sullivan in Kuala Lumpur.
